I am excited to share a new concept that combines a strength training program and a yoga practice. I enjoy helping our students achieve a greater sense of mind/body awareness on and off the mat.  Practicing yoga and a consistent workout plan has been my greatest teacher and has helped me in many levels of my business and personal life.

  • 50 Hour Broga Yoga Certification – Boston
